I know that it is codex grey, but I don't know exactly how to paint the models
Chaos Black undercoat, Codex Grey Armour and Skull White Highlights. For armour trimming, helms etc. most people use Bad Moon Yellow, but you could use anything really theres no rules for painting. If you want some inspiration look at pages 68-69 of the Marine Codex, it has the ultramarines company colours, something might jump out at you.

ive looked through the codex but cant find how many inches each specific unit moves. i need to know the number of inches warriors, scarab swarms, destroyers, lord, and the monolith can move. thanks in advance.
This is why you need the main rulebook as well as the codex. Movement is described by unit type. Infantry, such as your Necron Warriors, move 6" in the movement phase and can assault up to 6". Scarabs and Destroyers, by contrast, move as jetbikes (12" and assault 6" or turboboost up to 24" with no assault or shooting). There are various other forms of movement: cavalry/beasts, jump infantry and vehicles all have their own movement rules.
Get yourself a rulebook. You know it make sense.

The armies are Chaos Space Marines, Orks, and Space Marines. The CSM army is about 1500 points, the Orks are about 700, and the Space Marines are about 800. I also would be selling the codex and some paints for each respective army.
It really depends on a large number of factors. Are the figures painted? Assembled? Unless they're a phenomenal paintjob, you're not likely to get as much for them. Same goes for assembled models, since many people are very particular about how their models look. It also depends heavily on what models you're actually selling, since it's much more difficult to sell an army as a large lot (I know, I've tried).
What I would suggest is break the armies up into chunks, like "10 Chaos Marines" - a box of those brand new sells for ... I forget, but let's say $40 for the sake of argument. I would put those on eBay with a starting bid of maybe $5, with a reserve of about $20 - you're never going to get what you paid for them unless they're older, harder to find or out of production models.
Also, make sure you take lots of good, clear photos of the units, as that'll help sell them too - nothing's worse than looking to buy an army online and seeing all blurry or overexposed pictures.
Good luck!

In Warhammer 40k, can the Dark Eldar ever summon daemons? A friend of mine is already playing Chaos Marines, so I want to do a different army, but I still want to be able to use some of the daemons. Is this possible? I want to find out before buying the codex and all that junk.
Yes and no.
If we're speaking about strictly rules-legal Warhammer 40k, then the Dark Eldar can't include daemons in their forces *as* daemons.
However, the relationship between the Dark Eldar and the Warp powers is complicated and it's impossible to say what strange and complex pacts and oaths are sworn in the halls of Commorragh to stave off the predations of She Who Thirsts.
The Dark Eldar army list, of course, includes the Warp Beasts which are, essentially, daemons: creatures born of the Warp and bound to this dimension with terrible rites and vile tortures in the twisted flesh of the victims of the haemonculi. So if you wanted to replace your Warp Beasts with miniatures from the Daemons of Chaos range, that should be fine. Of course, you will need to bear in mind that Warp Beasts are beasts - in the technical, rules-sense of the word - and normally mounted on cavalry bases so you should ensure that any daemonic inclusions conform to the same standards. So Chaos Hounds, Beasts of Slaanesh, Seekers of Slaanesh without their riders, Flesh Hounds or similar would be easy fits. Alternatively, you could simply mount other daemons on cavalry bases; but try to sustain the essential "bestial" nature of the miniature to obey the spirit of the rules.
Of course, in friendly games and Apocalypse matches, all bets are off and you can do what you please. A Dark Eldar cabal that has fallen into the clutches of She Who Thirsts and which marches to battle alongside a horde of rampaging daemons would look fantastic (and be a horrible opponent to face in close combat, besides!).
